My first exposure to medicine was shadowing an ob-gyn when I was in college. I thought that delivering a baby was the most exceptional thing I'd ever witnessed, and I wanted to be a part of that process. So, when I decided to go to medical school, I knew I wanted to be an ob-gyn. Dr. Sexton spent ample time reviewing my concern, answering all my questions, and walking me through each item we discussed to ensure I completely understood. He made me feel heard, seen, and reasonable for the concerns I was having. He also made me feel much better about them due to the time he spent with me and the way he explained everything. This appointment with him was truly a blessing for a mom that had a horrific birth experience and has dealt with quite the difficult recovery.
