It is easy to see why Dr. Carl Smart already has a 5-star rating. Even though his office is extremely busy, he always goes above and beyond, treating me as if I am his only patient. . As someone with severe medical anxiety, his gentle, kind, and caring demeanor completely helps me feel safe. When I see him, he takes the time to truly listen and thoroughly explain everything, which makes a massive difference in my care. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
