As always Marissa is very involved with the issues. Her communication skills are excellent. She also shows care and compassion.

Highly recommend Marissa to anyone looking for a new care provider. She went above my expectations as a new patient moving from one city to another.

Arriving to the office checking in with the front desk I started experiencing chest pains and heart palpitations. I notify the front desk and was immediately attempted to buy numerous nurses CMA's and both PAs I was provided baby aspirin per ACLS protocols. Blood pressure is checked frequently and 911 was contacted. Every single person in that office worked together to make sure that I received excellent care while I was there. I wish to commend all of them. Marissa Hite has a great team working there. I'm very happy and blessed to have them

In and out with no long waits.

This was my daughter's first time being seen by Marissa Hite. She is autistic, and typically sees another provider at the same office whom she is very familiar with. She was very nervous, but after the appointment could not stop saying how much she liked Marissa. Marissa was wonderful and treated my daughter with the utmost respect. She was very kind and gentle, took her time and explained things well. We were extremely pleased with the care given and would be happy to have future appointments with her if needed.

Marissa and her staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy schedule, I?m almost always able to schedule an appt within a few days of calling. I always receive a quick response to MyChart messages. Marissa is knowledgeable, accommodating, and always concerned with what concerns me.

Everything has been great as far as the care I've received at Novant Union Cross Road Family medicine with all the doctors I've seen. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
