Dr. Kalra and his medical staff were friendly and professional. This was my first visit to a cardiologist and somewhat worried about it but Dr. Kalra put my mind at ease. He is very personable and apologized for the wait which was only about 10 minutes...which I had no problem with. From the moment he walked in an shook my hand, his beside manner put my mind at ease. I have the utmost confidence in him and am thankful, I now a cardiologist for my palpitations but more importantly, that cardiologist is Dr. Sumit Kalra.

Dr. Kalra & his entire staff were courteous & treated me with great kindness & respect. Everyone listened to my concerns & explained my treatment plan in a way that I could understand. Everyone I had contact with, in my opinion, are an asset to Novant Health.

The office had running, bubbling water sounds playing through the speakers in the facility. It was too loud, too harsh, not appreciated. Instead of being calming I found it annoying and stressful. I feel just playing low normal office type music would be a better choice. Take the water noise out.

Thorough and professional response to my medical issues and recent test results.

My 91 year old Dad loves Dr. Kalra! He is his favorite doctor because he takes time with him. He remembers personal stuff about things Dad enjoys doing and he laughs with him. I love how he walked us out to the reception area when we were done. I noticed another doctor did as well.

I was a new patient. I had been a patient of Dr Pasquini for many years. Dr Pasquini recommended this office for me. I was very worried about seeing a new cardiologist. Everyone in this office was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor explained everything to me and scheduled a CT for me. I think I will be in good hands. Dr Pasquini was fantastic.

Excellent practitioner!

As always, received care in the most professional and capable manner from Dr. Kalra. My only issue, and this in no way reflects a concern with Dr Kalra as my cardiologist, is that he had a new office location (but in the same time building and with the same practice). The office change happened in February but I was never notified by the Practice Manager - I assume there is one - so I went to the wrong location. That aside, the visit and the care are A+

The guards even came out to meet me with a wheelchair. I’m rather unstable on my feet. My car to the office and back is always my biggest challenge because of being short of breath and unstable.

This was a great experience- given that it was a heart specialist visit and I was a bit anxious.
