Unfortunately, my condition is proving difficult to explain or treat, but Dr. Levy has been diligent in attempting to figure it out for me.

At the beginning of our visit, I told the doctor some of the issues that I was having. He said that he hadn't looked at my chart/file. I was shocked. He said "let me look at the notes on Epic now." I felt he wasn't prepared to really see me. I am sure that he has excellent medical qualifications, but I found him cold and unfeeling. It felt like he couldn't wait to leave the room (and our visit was short by the way). I felt depressed when I left. If my doctor doesn't care about me, what then? I will probably be looking for another endocrinologist. I doubt that he will care.

Dr. Levy always listens to all my question. He is the only dr.that I want to see for my diabetes.
