Loved Dr.Morris. Made me feel comfortable to be able to talk to her about anything. Very personable.

A prescription was suggested to help prevent UTI's, but as yet have not heard from my pharmacy. When I did inquire, they had not received anything. Called Dr. Office back & was told Dr. Morris hadn't finished my chart?!
