Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (FMC, NHRMC, PMC)

PGY1 & PGY2 with MHA or MS

Program description

The two-year Health System Pharmacy Administration residency at Novant Health will prepare pharmacy leaders for success in a complex, evolving healthcare environment. This residency program will be a unique opportunity for pharmacy leaders to train in a large, integrated, community-focused healthcare system that is truly improving the health of communities, one person at a time. This residency program is complemented by a Masters of Science (MS) in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) offered through UNC – Chapel Hill.
