Novant Health Nurse Residency program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs.

- Attach a résumé. Incomplete résumés may not be accepted. You can, but are not required to, include a specialty track preference in your résumé objective. Specialty tracks available are:

- Surgical services
If you receive an offer for the residency, you must have a valid RN license before the start of orientation.
