At Novant Health, making an appointment and preregistering has never been easier.

Our integrated system including physician clinics, hospitals and outpatient centers allows you to preregister for some procedures and make appointments easily. We offer phone and online options for you to preregister and schedule services.

If your hospital procedure is scheduled within the next 24 hours, please preregister with one of our preregistration associates by phone.

Hospital preregistration department hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Maternity

Please preregister at least one to two months before your due date.
