One way we help ensure remarkable care is through providing financial assistance for our patients demonstrating financial need. Assistance is available for medically necessary services if you meet eligibility guidelines under each of our Financial Assistance policies.
If you are eligible for financial assistance, you will receive a discount for services based on the policy guidelines.

For NC facilities, you can also call Customer Service toll free and request a copy of the policy and an application be mailed to you.

For NC patients, you can apply for financial assistance by signing into your MyChart account and completing the application.
