If you need to be seen quickly for a certain condition or concern, you can schedule a video visit – available Monday through Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. – through MyChart.
By answering a few pre-screening questions, you can easily check if a convenient video visit from home is for you.
Concerns that may be addressed during a video visit include:
- Yeast infections/vaginitis
- Urinary tract infections
- Breast problems/breastfeeding support
- Bleeding through more than one regular pad or tampon in an hour
- Menstrual disorders
- Birth control education/counseling
Same-Day Access
Many Novant Health OB-GYN providers offer same-day visits. If you need to see a doctor outside of normal hours, call your OB-GYN office to find our whether a next-day visit is available for a minor injury or illness, or whether you might need a higher level of care.
Urgent and walk-in clinics

Specialty Urgent Care For Women
Although you can visit any of our urgent care locations when you need medical care, we are proud to offer OB-GYN urgent care clinics where you can see board-certified obstetricians, gynecologists and nurse practitioners. Their expertise ensures special attention to women's health needs. These clinics offer extended night and weekend hours that allow you to see an OB-GYN specialist when your regular doctor’s office is closed.
