Novant Health behavioral health
Seniors have unique needs; they deserve compassionate care designed to meet those needs. Named for the late D.C. and Frances Linn, the Linn geriatric behavioral health unit is a 20-bed unit for patients age 55 and older.
We provide specialized evaluations, care, support and intervention to help seniors cope and recover from a variety of mental health conditions. Together, we can help you live a normal, happy and productive life.

Having a mental illness can make it seem as if there’s no meaning to life, but life works when you give it a chance. The Lifeworks behavioral health unit can help you find hope and can give you a new lease on life. Our psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, therapists, occupational therapists and nurses will work together to help you develop healthy coping skills and find new ways to respond to life’s challenging situations.
