Each of our residency programs offers a unique experience with smaller class sizes to allow for more individual support, access to procedures, and guidance through your journey as a resident to support overall well-being.
Highlights
As a Novant Health resident, your health insurance premiums are covered, including your eligible family members, allowing you to get more from your salary. Because we’re a non-profit organization, your employment here qualifies for public service loan forgiveness.
Resident well-being resources
At Novant Health, we know that in order to help our patients and communities be well, the whole you needs to be well: physically, emotionally, financially, professionally, socially, and spiritually. That’s why we have ingrained well-being into everything we do and dedicated entire teams, and an entire team member well-being hub web page, to well-being resources and tools.
Well-being also includes ensuring you feel celebrated, connected, and have fun with your faculty and fellow residents. Our team bonding and special events include:
