Help support Novant Health Hospice & Palliative Care's mission of providing physical, emotional and spiritual care for patients at end of life, and emotional and spiritual support for their families.

Support Hospice: Donate to the new Remembrance Wall

A new Remembrance Wall will provide the Charlotte community with a special way to acknowledge and remember loved ones, while supporting a worthy cause—the expansion of Presbyterian’s Harris Hospice Unit from eight beds to 18. The Remembrance Wall, designed by artist Tom Schulz, will be comprised of over 500 tiles of varying colors from earth to sky. This unique piece of art will be approximately 16’ x 23’ and will offer everyone – even those not touched by hospice – a way to honor or remember someone dear. Learn more »
