Dr. Greenfield believes his role is to help facilitate the innate healing capacity present within each of us. He accomplishes this through the creation of credible, actionable and personalized programs geared towards optimal health. These programs combine healthy diet and lifestyle practices, select complementary therapies and the best of conventional medical care. Russ was among the first physicians to learn under the direct guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil. He and his wife, Julia, like nothing more than spending time with their children, Abby and Jonathan. Russ also enjoys anything having to do with The Lord of the Rings.
