A pleasant and professional experience. The nurse practitioner I saw listened, was patient and helpful. The staff worked as a team. One of the better medical offices I've visited in terms of communicating with and managing patients.

An in-person office visit was needed-scheduled and the office canceled my appointment and gave me a phone appointment instead despite my communication regarding purpose for an office visit

It's hard to get excited about a double endoscopy, but Katie and the preliminary nurse were great.

Nothing I hate worse when I go to the doctors is being taken to a room and left for 20-30 minute until the doctor gets to you.
