The care provider was outstanding in every aspect of Andrew's visit. She showed genuine concern for our questions and worries, took the time to explain Andrew's condition clearly, and ensured we fully understood the reasons behind each step of her proposed followup treatments. Her compassion, clarity, and professionalism made a tremendous difference for Andrew, who certainly felt that his concerns were heard and going to be met.
