Friendly, efficient, easy to communicate with

Erica was wonderful! My daughter had a hard time drawing blood and the nurses aides were wonderful in helping her get through it.

Everyone here from receptionist to nurses to PA were friendly, kind and exactly what you want when coming in for care. Thank you!

Love the team of nurses and doctors my son sees at novant. They have went out of their way to be accommodating with him. And they are more than amazing with him.

PA used too much medical terminology instead of every day language. PA kept looking/talking to me instead of her patient/my 16 year old daughter. PA was on call and received a call for help. We were told blood would be drawn at your location, we were told to go to Labcor. Just made a long appt longer. PA asked lots of questions that I'm certain she should have had access to from previous appointments. She seemed distracted. We waited several times in the room...my daughter was already anxious...the waiting did not help. Information overload...I leave my appointments with today's observations, next step, overviews, definitions, etc. We left with Information about where to go for labs. I am willing to speak directly with someone (including the PA) about our experience. Thank you for reaching out.
