Lady at the front work very hard to get me a appointment as soon as possible.

It was relatively quick appointment. He reviewed my prior history and echos and knew what was causing my TIA’s. Explained what needs to happen (if 3 day EEG and heart monitor comes back negative). This should of been looked at more in-depth 14 months ago by another provider when my first TIA happened

Dr Pu and his assistant were efficient and professional during my visit. Dr Pu carefully explained to me the heart procedure I was considering and asked me several times if I had any questions. I was very comfortable with Dr Pu and his medical knowledge. I will be moving forward with the placement of the watchmen device by Dr Pu

Great Team

The doctor was especially good. He listened carefully as well as explaining the procedure carefully. He definitely gave my visit a human touch. This was my first time meeting him and I was very impressed.

I felt that the facility was nice,clean and bright. Everyone was very helpful. The doctors gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions and tried to explain it all to me. I felt more at ease when I left. I have always had good care at Novant Presbyterian.

I came there for Watchman implant consultation, I was very appreciated for the explanations of the doctor. He listened, answered and recommended the best treatment for patient. It sounds normal but most of time patient cannot find the doctor who listen to the patient's questions, usually other doctor let patient ask questions about 3 minutes only. Dr. Pu took time and answered all the treatment questions with me. I have confident in him, I agree and accept the procedure that he will perform for me.
