Excellent exam and felt comfortable with all aspects

I'm so glad I followed through with the appointment, although I must admit I was hesitant to go. But once there, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. Both LeAnn and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and explained the information I needed to make an informed decision about moving forward with the genetic testing. They also informed me about the next steps that included test results and future appointments. Also, there was a patient playing the piano along with her daughter on the violin. The music was beautiful, and I'm sure it provides a calming feeling to those entering the facility. Always a positive experience. Very personal to you as a person as well as a patient.

It was confusing leaving the parking lot. There is no code required to get in but apparently there is now a code required to get out. I was not told this. It seems a bit odd to just have a code to get out. I would have appreciated someone letting me know.

They made me feel supported. Took good care of me.

Absolutely everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I was able to ask questions from the check in desk, nurse, doctor and scheduler without ever feeling like a nuisance. The atmosphere of that facility is very calm and comforting and everyone in it seems like they are there because they care about the patients and their families.

My visit was with LeeAnne Shoffner, NP. Her approach to me with her questions was very professional, and nonjudgmental. Her demeanor was very calming for my nervousness. I felt like she is very approachable and would not laugh at silly questions I may ask. Although she was probably very busy, on a Friday, afternoon, she was unhurried with her recommendations. She is an asset to your office.
