Leanne Shoffner, AGNP

Dr. Shoffner is great! I was concerned that once they changed the facility, they were going to change my Dr. I'm so glad they didn't.

I've seen Leanne for years. She's wonderful and caring. She treats you like you're the only patient she has. I now live in Concord, NC but I'm not giving up Leanne.

Leanne always listens carefully and addresses all of my questions and concerns.

She was great. She listened very well and she showed empathy with the situation I was having with my patches and my skin. She was so pleasant to speak with. I would definitely go to her for care in the future.

The people staff nurses and dr are great

No one available to check out with or schedule follow up appointment. I was only person in lobby and could not go to the back again. Called out "is anybody here working " no response. Saw a light turn off in back while I was waiting to check out. Still no one answered when I called out. Waited 3 full minutes before leaving. Worst service I have had at any medial establishment by staff. Do not want to return. Please move pa and nurse back to location with capable support staff. Better service in a fast food restaurant
