I can actually say I enjoyed my experience, was listened to, cared for with kindness and well informed about the treatment plan. The staff was excellent, as usual.

Dr. Patel was great with me. I hadn't been to a doctor in a long time. I was nervous, but her assistant made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr.Patel was patient, kind, courteous and made sure I understood what could possibly be going on with me. She left me feeling confident about my health care. I'm happy I chose her!

Dr Patel and the other Dr (I can’t remember the name) were friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They went over with me what they were about to do every step of the way, which made the process so easy. They were done working on me before I knew it.

Consistently the whole team has been personable, professional, and work well together. I’m so glad to be a recipient of such quality care.

Being a patient of Dr. Patel is most rewarding. She’s a very caring doctor and so is all the staff at the clinic. I really haven’t been to a doctor nor needed one for several several years but I do appreciate her working with me and the vitamins I take, and the prescriptions that she tells me I should take or shouldn’t take it was a great experience.

Dr. Patel was wonderful! I also recommended her to my daughter-she saw her today and mentioned she loved her and would like to see her regularly once she returns from moving abroad for a year.

I like this facility and the staff and the physicians. What I do not like is every 2 years or sooner the resident doctors move on so I end up with a new person but each and every physician has been excellent so really I have no complaints.

My experience with your office staff, nurse, and physician were top drawer. They were all very caring, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned about my care. I can’t thank Novant enough for such a great experience. I’m was so impressed with Preeya P, DO. She is a brilliant, caring, and very thorough professional. The nurse and office receptionist were fantastic too!
