Erica Segers was very attentive to my questions about my health status moving forward. She put my mind at ease about how to approach my diagnosis.

I saw Ericka and I enjoyed seeing her. She did her best to make me feel heard and get to the bottom of some errors that the care team made in their hospital notes. However, I saw Dr. Sharma in the hospital and I didn't feel like she listened to me. I felt like treatments that I declined are being forced on me and that made me upset. I think that the Doctor needs to listen more to the patient and take into consideration individuals circumstances and be mindful of the time commitment to travel to multiple appointments/referrals, scheduling appointments/referrals. This can be very stressful for the patient.
