We had already decided not to move forward with more expensive treatment so we'd decided to use the appointment to ask a couple questions about my sleep that night during the study. Since we knew we'd be paying out of pocket for the visit, we wanted to try and get something valuable out of it. It was clear the Dr Segars was under pressure to move to the next patient. That pressure must be immense, and we ourselves felt the pressure of having to pay for something that turned out to be ALOT more expensive than we expected. We thought "at least we could learn something" but unfortunately we really didn't. Overall, not great. We paid more than. $1000 and wish it was more beneficial.

Erika was very short and not well versed in many topics related to sleep apnea. She kicked me out at the end of the visit. I do not feel respected nor heard in sharing my concerns and history. It was like she knew a very limited script to say.
