This was an incredibly healing discussion for me. I learned from Doctor Erica that I am not broken. That there are many things I can do to get better, and I have felt 100% better and so much more empowered since then. It is an amazing thing, a discussion where she speaks, and then I get to speak, and the she speaks, and then once again I get the chance to speak. I cannot tell you how much this discussion with her about my health, sleep, and sleep hygiene has meant to me. Thank you.
