Loved everyone

Provider informed me that lance and drainage was most commonly the treatment for my problem, but felt as though antibiotics would clear up the problem. Provider also communicated this via my chart message. Provider documented in my chart that "patient desires to avoid lance and drainage at this time." Lance and drainage was not offered in office during visit. Risks, benefits and likely outcomes of treatment option(s) were not discussed.
