Polina...very caring and listened to everything I had to say

She made sure I didn't feel rushed, she took her time and explained everything to me and gave me options. She spent so long being thorough and making me feel heard that when we finished the appt the office was already closing for the day, it was my absolute best first experience with a new dr in my entire life. I have been having my health issues for 2 years, I spent 1 year of it walking out of dr offices in tears because they made me feel like I was crazy. I then spent the next year just suffering in silence truly scared of being told there was nothing wrong and feeling crazy. 1 visit is all it took for her to order the correct blood test and finally I have answers that explain everything.

I absolutely loved Polina. She listened to everything and took into consideration all of my concerns. I hope to never change from her.
