She and the staff was very pleasant
I thought Mary Hemrick was absolutely wonderful. Her professional, yet personable treatment was very refreshing. I can't complain about the physicians but I think they should take that extra few minutes of warmth shine thru as did Mary.
Very kind, explained everything well, very informative and understanding!
NP vaguely discussed my MRI findings. She said it looked pretty good. I felt that she was going to leave it at that until I said to her I have an elbow that I can't use since it painfully snaps often when I use it. Then she recommended I have an appointment with the surgeon. Now I have to wait another 4 weeks for an appointment. I have already been dealing with this for 2 1/2 months.
