Everyone at Sun Valley Family Physicians is wonderful. They treat me like family. I've never had to wait a long time to get an appointment or wait to be seen once I arrive at the office. I pass a lot of other doctors' offices and practices just to go to Sun Valley Family Physicians. It is worth a little bit longer drive for the personal care and attention.

Dr Houser is very capable and caring. He is competent and explains things very clearly and concisely. He listens attentively and answers questions and then asks questions to make sure full understanding has been achieved. Never feel rushed.

Dr Houser helped me to get relief from the pain in my knee by getting Dr Murray to give me an injection in my knee which I am getting much pain relief from.

My visit went very well and I feel like Dr Hausser listened to what I said and ask appropriate questions. He gave me an exam and discussed the next step to be taken.

Dr. Houser was very attentive to my concerns as I described them, and exercised every effort to make sure he did the necessary test to find out what was going on.

I was taken directly in to be examined. I was examined thoroughly, diagnosed, prescription placed and picked up in a little over an hour. I was so thankful I was able to go home and get back in bed, because I was feeling bad.

Dr Houser is the most professional and caring physician I have ever seen. He was very attentive to my concerns and followed up with me to see how I was feeling and if the medication was working. Novant should be very grateful to have him on staff. I know how grateful I am for all of the staff at Sunvalley. They are all amazing.

Dr. Houser is not my chosen provider but my doctor was not available due to a full schedule so I was assigned him due to my emergency. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and approachable; I would surely ask for him again; in a pinch.

I was able to get in to see the doctor the day after I called to make the appt. The doctor and the nurse, as well as the women at the front desk and check out were very friendly and helpful, clarifying details for follow up.
