In the 4 and a half yrs we have lived here this has been the most positive, caring, knowledgeable PA/Dr. that I have seen! This is including my primary care Dr in which I had to beg to get an appointment with a neurologist. I have already recommended Rosa Berry to a couple other people that I have met recently. From the “hello” at reception to “goodbye” at end of visit, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was seen by my provider on time. She was very professional and did a thorough routine exam. I did not have a neurological issue at this time but I felt more confident now that she will be able to help me if something comes up ( hope nothing) . The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful.

While this was a routine ( annual scheduled ) visit only, it went very well and Rosa Berry, as always, was very insightful and helpful!

What an amazing person she is she sat down with me and gave me all information I needed from my last visit with neurologist and she explained every detail of my previous MRI. Rosa is a remarkable provider. She is always prompt and spends valuable time listening to my complaints. One thing worth mentioning, the floor in this office is not safe for neurological patients. I always get dizzy from the floor pattern. This past visit, I almost fell walking up the stairs to the second floor. The pattern was a poor choice for patients with visual/Neuro issues.

Rosa Berry was very kind, attentive, and caring. She explained everything to me and I had a much better understanding of my condition! I feel very lucky to have seen her!

I. Arrived earlier than my scheduled time and waited less than 5 minutes before being called. The Dr welcomed me and provided a more than thorough explanation and told me to call with any concerns.

Staff here are amazing! From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is friendly and helpful. They answer all our questions thoroughly and give us all information we need to continue or journey to get my mom the best care.
