Dr. Whirrett is an excellent listener. She always provides plenty of time to insure that any concerns or ailments can be discussed and provides referrals or prescriptions as needed to treat the ailment.

I had an ear ache' after several days of discomfort I decide to go see my doctor. To rule out infection! She quickly said it was wax build up. Said she could try washing out. She had nurse asst. With no wax removal. Still in pain. And doctor suggested go to drug store to pkup over the counter. Showed no concern of my discomfort or Amy suggested for relief. I had to ask her.

Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was very negative. She was dismissive of my concerns, came across as mean and uncaring, and did not seem to have my best interests at heart. Despite explaining my situation, she was unwilling to consider the treatment I needed. I ultimately had to go to another provider to get proper care.I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported, which is the opposite of what I expect from a healthcare professional. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.
