I got a zoom apt promptly and the cal from muse told see it up was prompt. There was only a very slight delay b4 the doctor came on line. The nurse had gathered the info the doc needed and the call was quick and efficient. The only problem was getting the prescription to the pharmacy. They said they didn't receive it. I suspect they misplaced it. It took some back and forth to get it straightened out. I think the prescription had to be resent. But in the end it all worked out.

Dr Pierson listens and answers all my questions. She does what is needed to find a solution to help with my medical needs. She is very patient, kind and knowledgeable.

Maybe a text to the patients if their provider is running late , so they are not waiting

I waited an entire hour past the time of my appointment to be called back and put in a room. There's a board in the waiting room which said my doctor was running 15 minutes late. When I checked in, I asked the person at the desk if I could leave and come back later and she said "oh no, the doctor might catch up." Well, she didn't catch up and I waited for an hour which is completely unacceptable. I think your scheduling practices need to be reviewed so that this doesn't happen because it happens often. This kind of delay would not be tolerated in any other kind of business and shouldn't be tolerated in medicine. Some people need to see the doctor for more than six minutes. This should be built into the schedule.

I appreciate Dr. Pierson and her team taking the time to care for me. They were very helpful and kind during my stressful situation.

The Ogden facility is very rushed.

Usually Dr. Pierson runs way behind schedule but this appointment I was actually seen on time. This was greatly appreciated since I have an hour drive to see her.

Dr. Pearson and Adriana make a great team. The ladies checking me in an hour or very nice. I am very grateful to have good medical care from these two women and the rest of the office.

Although she was nice overall, the doctor was very much in a rush during my appointment. I understand that she was behind; however, this made her come across as inattentive to my needs. She spoke very quickly and didn't ask me a lot of questions concerning my treatment. She wasn't wearing gloves when she examined me and she was a bit rough with the area.
