From the time I walk in the door, I feel welcome. Dr. Griffin always listens to my concerns and addresses them with kindness and compassion. Nichole is the best! And the young lady in the lab (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) was a joy. And she didn't hurt me when she drew blood--that's always a plus!
