Staff and Dr. Bouska was carrying in every aspect. I was really sick and had to be scheduled in. They made me fill like I was there only patient. I can’t say enough about how each one took care of me.

Everything about my visit was top-notch. However, when I had an allergic reaction to prescribed medication and reached out the office with my concerns, and never received a call back from the nurse or doctor, I was very disappointed. This isn’t the first time I have reached out with a concern and have not received a response. I feel care should go beyond the office visit.

Dr Bouska is EXCELLENT! I follow him whenever he moves and I have for 30 years. His nurse Becca is also excellent.

Dr. Bouska and his medical team were very friendly and polite. They were attentive to my care and made sure I understood my care plan.

Dr. Bouska listened to me and responded to me with care and thought. He explained why he was making his decisions and suggestions for my care and encouraged me to get back to him.

I have been going to Dr. Bouska for almost 7 years and I have always been able to talk freely with him and his staff about any health concerns. I can call with anything I need in between visits and do a video chat to get an antibiotic or a prescription without driving into the office. All I can say is I have a great relationship with this wonderful team. I tell everyone they are the best if you are looking for a great Dr.

My referrals to a cardiologist were within 2 days and subsequent testing on my heart probably saved my life. The results of my labs were incredibly fast ! The whole experience was great I am grateful!!

Mainly my suggestion is about the people working at the reception and check out. They don't smile. Kind of zombie-like. This is not new to my experience at new garden medical. My overall experience over several years is that the reception and check out people have an exhausted and "I could care less" attitude.

Everyone at this facility is courteous, caring and considerate of me as a person and a patient. I have recommended Dr. Bouska as a physician to several people.
