I would very much like Dr. Seidler to become my PCP as I have been considering a change, within Novant, or with another health care org.

I always tell everyone how good my doctor is and I would recommend him to everyone

Doctor does not want to listen and is on the hateful side while I was trying to tell him my concerns he was trying to talk to and interrupts me and asks if I am listening. He was ready to rush me out without discussing my dibetic neuropathy meds that needed to be dealt with after had messaged me bad a few weeks ago to try upping dosage and I did but he never gave me a chance to tell him my prescription needed to be upped or I would run out before my next prescription is due. It has happened often and I told him this time he needed to listen to my concerns instead of trying to talk to me the whole time.

Dr. Seidler listened to our concerns and was very helpful with advice and other options. He took his time and made Betty feel valued. He involved us with decision making.

Provider was very concerned about my care.
