Dr. Sang really listened to me before discussing a plan of care. He was compassionate, caring, and made me feel at ease. The nurses and office staff were also terrific!

After finishing the session it was clear to me that most of my problems were going to be solved.

Dr.Sang explained the procedure and it was a relief to know he really cares .

Having surgery is a scary event but the staff addressed all concerns and provided a phone number if we had additional questions. My husband and I left feeling less anxious for surgery.

The front office personnel did not seem qualified for their job. They acted like trainees. They definitely need more training. Very disappointed in their demeanor.

Next time it's going to be just a short talk, please do this via phone call. It's a Long drive for a 5 minute visit.

I've been trying to contact Dr. Sang's office to ask for an email address to send a PHOTO of my mother's Hemorrhoids. There is NO EMAIL ADDRESS listed on the website, and I am unable to talk to a human to obtain one. When I call the number for Dr. Sang's office, found on the internet AND the after visit summary, I don't even get the option to talk to anyone in Dr. Sang's office. I only get the option to contact two OTHER doctors. This is the worst healthcare service I've had dealing with my mother. Since everything changed to NOVANT HEALTH, everything has gone to CRAP! I can't even contact a human being anymore! Going to my mom's MyChart does NOT HELP either. With MyChart from UNC Chapel Hill, I could send emails, even directly to MY DOCTOR, and he WOULD RESPOND. NOVANT HEALTH is severely LACKING. If I have to, I will ask my mom's primary care doctor to find me a doctor OUTSIDE of the NOVANT HEALTH system.

Dr is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that was understandable. The nurse (Michelle?) is very understanding and compassionate. The medical assistant is helpful and understanding. I felt very satisfied with the visit and am confident in the upcoming treatment
