Dr. Hanna is very nice and takes time answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable and always exceeds my expectations. It's nice to arrive a few minutes early and get called back immediately rather than long waits in the lobby and no waits in the room ounce you are called back. She always asks if I have any questions and lets me know to contact them if I ever need anything or something develops. Very professional group of people who make you feel like they actually care about you.

I arrived early and was called immediately. No time was spent just sitting and waiting. Once I was signed in at the lab, my name was called. Hannah talked so concerned and nice to me. The nurse was so pleasant. Front desk and check out greeted me with smiles. This was my best visit ever!!

I use to hate going to see a doctor. But Hannah makes it not so bad going. She and her nurse treat you like they are concerned about what you are going through. They explained in words I can understand. They listen to what you have to say. They spend time with you to tell you what to expect. They truly care about you and your health and do what they can to fix the problem not just put a bandaid on it.

I was allowed to ask any questions…she gave me her opinion to help me what was needed.

I told the nurse about the roof of my mouth being sore and drainage on one side of my throat I thought the dr would talk about it when she entered the room, but she didn’t. She texted me a msg from toy chart , but said wait and see how it turns out in couple of days.

This was our (my children’s) first time here and they and myself absolutely LOVE NP Hannah and her entire team. They were so friendly and caring. They made the kids feel comfortable as well and kept us laughing. That makes a huge difference with my kids as they would rather have somebody to make them laugh than someone who doesn’t even act like they are in the room. I am so thankful that we choose Hannah and her team!

I went to the appointment thinking that the NP had more experience in general and especially more experience in the field of my concern. She was very helpful in giving me resources I could look at for more info.
