The PA I was scheduled to see was unavailable so they had someone else step in, in a very timely fashion. I was impressed that the staff communicated with each other so effectively.

Appreciated promptness in response to my initial inquiry through MyChart, and I was given an appointment for the next day. Front desk, nurse and PA all very kind and PA answered all my questions plus took time to explain my x-ray.

P.A. Kate Benton is very kind and attentive towards me. I felt seen and heard. She made sure I was comfortable and understood every step we were taking pertaining to my issue. She provided me with pertinent information to assist me with my healing via physical exercises that will strengthen my knees and muscles. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Need more people like her in the medical field that shows compassion and respect for the patient. To include, I’ve never had any problems at this location and staff.

Ms. Benton was, and has been in the past, concerned about understanding me and my concerns. She is a role model for all health care workers in my opinion.

Great results so far

Kate Benton made plans to find out the problem with my knee pain. I had bloodwork and I?m having a cat scan soon to see how my knee replacement is at this point. I feel confident she will help me with my knee.
