Penny was outstanding. She listened to my concerns, took appropriate action to address them. She is by far the best NP that I have seen in that practice. My only concern is ( and I addressed this with her) was that due to the seemingly high turnover in that practice, would she be there when I come back for my return visit. Continuity is very important to me when it comes to medical care. I have never seen the same person twice there. I hope I will see her again
