I was pleased to be greeted when I entered the lobby area, the service was fast and the reception team easygoing. The reception staff went above and beyond, the nursing staff was kind and brought me back quickly, and Dr. Tefeera was very knowledgeable and personable.

The support nurses (S and T) on my recent visit absolutely made the checkup requirements an easy and stress free experience. This is the best healthcare team I have had during my adult years. Dr Teferra is always amazing! Ever since my first visit with him I felt well taken care of and he always has a really nice friendly attitude. Also there was an older lady in the front desk, she was super nice and welcoming also, is hard to find that welcoming attitude in the front desks nowadays.

Dr. Teferral is simply the best physician: Attentive, thorough, knowledgeable and a warm, pleasant personality. It is always a pleasure having Dr. Teferral and I look forward to my appointments with him.

Being relatively new to Charlotte I found it to be a daunting task to find a Primary care physician. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Teferra, he is very knowledgeable and caring. Each time I leave an appointment I walk away feeling like I was his most important patient of the day. I never feel rushed and he is very attentive while listening to any concerns that I may have. I selfishly hope that he doesn’t plan to retire or relocate anytime soon! My overall experience at this visit was good. I like the new location, however, finding the parking area and the entrance to the office suite was very confusing for me. I’m sure I won’t have that problem again now that I know how to get there. The only slight disappointment during this visit was that the office staff did not seem to be as attentive and friendly as they have ALWAYS been in my previous appointments.

Dr Teferra is a great dr. He is super informative, friendly and trustworthy. He listens to all my questions and concerns and addresses them.
