I think Dr Terferra is a good general practitioner, however, your organization should provide updated training regarding obesity medicine. The introduction of glop-1 has drastically changed the landscape. There is more to weight loss than just eating a Mediterranean diet.

I feel like I keep having the same discussion & no one is listening. Perimenopause symptoms are real & I feel like it's being swept under the rug only to continue the same conversation - diet & exercise when those things are happening, yet no one Is listening
