NP Atkinson was very thoughtful during my appointment once I was able to get into the office to be see.

She was very concerned with the number of events he is having & very helpful in deciding a solution.

She was not very friendly and I didn't feel comfortable with her

Just felt like she was trying to get through the appointment in the shortest time possible. I think she probably gets pressured to do that from non clinical supervisors.

Jessica Atkinson and her nurse were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and took their time to explain things to me. I really appreciate their kind and caring attitude.

Sadly, Provider was not engaging. Scare eye contact upon entering the room and logging into computer. Much warmer receptions received from restaurant servers when greeting guests- introductions and ice breakers. Had not reviewed reason for new visit appointment. Allowed questions, answered appropriately. Did not act in a manner that someone might who enjoys the job.

Jessica is so professional and kind at the same time. My CPAP was destroyed on a recent trip to Africa, and she led me thru the procedure to obtain another one. She also gave me options on supply companies in the area as I wanted to change from the one I had been using. I feel very much at ease with Jessica directing my care.

Although the FNP went over the results of my CPAP usage, she seemed in a hurry. She was not rude in any way, just in a hurry.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the treatment I received. I have no complaints.

The provider seemed impersonable. She made me feel like it was my fault she had to see me.
