Dr. Whiteside offered several options of possible treatments to get a diagnosis for my concern and made arrangements for a couple.

All of the Novant staff I have encountered have been excellent, expressing genuine care and desire to see me receive the education and tools I need to be the healthiest version of me

I had a terrible experience prior to getting to Dr. Whitesides. I was reluctant to go but I had to prioritize my health. His gentle and calm demeanor made it easy for me to open up and quite honestly spill everything about my health. When I felt uneasy about a medication I spoke with him and he laid out all of the options available to me. He stayed up to date with my other appointments, which may be standard, but it just felt good to know he was prepared prior to or didn't mind explaining all the different results that confused me. For such a young HCP, he has a wise soul, non judgmental, and flexible (I could set an appointment today and 9.5/10 he is available & that's a benefit). I'm glad Dr. Li dropped the ball I WOULD'VE NEVER MET THIS GREAT MAN!
