I think what I liked about Dr. Ball is that I felt like she cared and wanted to actually build a patient relationship with me. When I gave her my adhd documentation she took the time to actually look through it. Our appointment felt longer than expected and that's something I actually really appreciated. The front desk managers were super positive, kind, and welcoming which is something I haven't experienced at a doctors office in. While. My nurse was excellent, super kind and overall a nurse I would love to have again. I forgot to ask for my immunization forms at the front desk, so I drove back later in the afternoon and they were all super sweet to help provide me with the documentation I needed for grad school.
