My doctor took 30 minutes easy out of her time to listen to every word I had to say . She is making a care plan for my needs, she's doing it the way I want it done and I love that about her she really cares and listens to her patients . I have already talked to my husband whom also has back and neck issues so he can go see her too . I just have never had a doctor who listens to your needs as well as she did . I would refer anyone to go see her bc she's one of the best doctors I've ever had . I have a sever anxiety disorder and it makes me talk allot when I meet someone new I do not do good with change but she made it so easy to talk to her and I would truly like to say thank u to her .

I returned to Doctor Panchang after 1 year because I was experiencing a lot of pain this week and needed to see a spine specialist after working with my primary physician for a couple of months . Unlike the first time I saw her this time, she seemed to be in a hurry, was not interested in seeing the notes from my primary physician, he had sent, and even asked me why I didn’t go back to Carolina spine specialist, which I have been to before. I thought that was an odd question since I went to her because I wanted her to be my back specialist again. I think she has very good skills, this is why I returned, but in the middle of a hard appointment for me because I was in a lot of pain. I just did not feel like she was very empathetic or spent enough time with me.

Everyone in the office was so warm and kind. I loved that everyone was smiling. The ladies who performed my procedure were awesome! They made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything.
