No unusual for Maplewood Family Practice

Mr. Laws provided a thorough examination in his effort to diagnose the severity of my stroke. I took his advice to go to Baptist Hospital in order to get a CT or MRI scan. Because of his skill, I left confident of his diagnose.

I have been seeing Steven Laws for many years. I moved out of state in 2006 but have continued to drive back to see him for all these years. This should say something for him. I have always felt that he cares so much about my health and listens to me, always trying to find a solution, but not just prescribing a medication. Rather, he has told me that I need to make changes in my lifestyle to reach better health, not taking a prescription. I trust him more than any other provider I have ever had. He is the BEST I could ever imagine and hope for my healthcare. I tried to get my elderly mother, who lives about 45 minutes away to see him but she didn't want to make the drive each time to see him. I am sure that had she seen him, her comfort of life in her last years would have been much better. He's great! And so is Teresa, his nurse! She wasn't there the day of my visit and I missed her. But, the man who took my information and vitals was very nice.
