This was my first visit, I didn't really know what to expect from the Provider, or PA, but I must say that I was very well pleased with Mrs. Shannon L, the PA. She was very down to earth, personable, friendly , and kind. She listened, attentively to my every concern. She didn't rush me, or try to push me off, she was so enjoyable, and I'm glad I was able to meet her, and have her as my PA. Sherry J.
