Dr. Laughy listened to me when other drs would not. Even when my check ups seemed good he took the time to review my own heart monitoring. That means A LOT!

My mom is an elderly patient and Dr Laughey could have showed more warmth, patience and slowed down a little to ensure she understood. It seemed as if he couldn't wait to get us up and out of the room, and she was very confused.

The medical assistant getting me ready for the doctor could have been a bit more friendly. My feelings are someone in that position sets the tone for expectations of your visit many times…especially if it’s your first visit. Otherwise, she carried out her duties well, as far as I could tell.
