He genuinely cares about his work and most importantly, he cares about his patients. This much is obvious to me. I drive 50 minutes to this office when I could travel 15. Everyone was great from check in to check out. That includes the nurse, Dr. Mack, and especially the Phlebotomist. She found a vein and tapped it perfectly even though there was not a vein to be seen. She's a real pro. I was truly impressed.
