First, I came in for a sick appointment. I came on the wrong day. It was my error. But when I arrived, staff did everything in their power to work me in and they were successful in that endeavor. Betsy Brais (PA) was fabulous. I was there as a follow up to an ED visit. She had already printed off my MyChart results, highlighted them and was ready to discuss my issue. She went through what possible causes might be and was very helpful. She is a keeper.
